Bob Ross was an oil painter who used to teach and instruct on television. He was born on the 29th of October in 1942 in Florida, United States, and passed away due to lymphatic cancer on the 4th of July in 1995. In his youth, Bob Ross worked as a health information technician in U.S. Air Force, later on moving to Alaskan base, Eielson Air Force Base, where he saw beautiful snow mountains which can be seen in many of his paintings. His service in the military was from 1961 to 1981, and his painting career started in 1981 and ended in 1994 when he was starting to feel really sick.
